The primary goal of Wellness and Nutrition Coaching is to assist people in achieving their own personal wellness goals in an ethical and economical responsible manner.
 
The promotion of inner and external long term well-being is brought about through the holistic treatment of the individual and supported by three pillars: healthy nutrition, regular exercise and mental relaxation.

The following aspects, in combination with each other, can have a large impact on treatment process; area specific weight loss; movement; food advice, passive muscle stimulation, relaxation, de-stressing and complete mental and physical care.
